Virtual Appointment Setter at JT Media

JT Media is a marketing agency that helps healthcare companies find new job candidates, and is in need of a part time (3hr/day, 5 days a week) appointment setter to do LinkedIn research and personalize emails as drafts. We desire to help fix the home healthcare industry in our country, and are trying to offer affordable services to a wide range of primarily family owned agencies.

Your primary role will be to do research on LinkedIn, US job listing sites, provided lead enrichment tools, and clients websites to customize our cold-email template to each email, and to draft these emails in a provided inbox.

Ideal candidate
- Has strong written English skills and communication skills
- Has experience with cold-emailing
- Has a reliable internet connection and laptop/desktop, or easy access to one
- Will help us create approximately 120 email drafts a day.
- Has strong attention to details when following instructions

Payment Structure
- $2/hr for 3 hours a day, 5 days a week
- $4 bonus per appointment booked
- $50 bonus per contract signed from cold emailing efforts

Current Situation
- We do these emails ourselves, and probably book 7-15 appointments a week with the same template we will be passing off to you
- We sign 1-2 contracts a week on avgerage
- You will be taking our place as the main appointment booking mechanism so we can spend more time delivering services to clients
- You will start by just drafting emails in a provided gmail account. We will eventually move to having you send them yourself, but we will approve them manually to start
- We will provide training via loom videos, which you should use in tandem with our provided templates for optimal results
