Go High Level (GHL) Web Page Designer

We are seeking a dedicated Go High Level (GHL) web page designer to start immediately.
The skill needed to build GHL pages and interface is somewhat more forgiving than WordPress, so we're hoping this opportunity will appeal to a wider audience.
Not looking for coding and GHL development skills at this time.
The project entails being given pages outside of GHL and replicating them inside.
We also have templates for sales pages, and ones we'd like to create, so we'll need someone with a graphic design eye to touch up sales pages.

Ideally looking for the Philippines. Work hours are Pacific Standard Time.
Some web design knowledge in HTML is required for building CSS elements. Occasional light customer support via email may also be necessary.

Requirements:

Attention to Detail: You must possess an impeccable eye for detail, consistently reviewing your work, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Availability: You should have regular availability during Pacific Time hours (approximately 5 am - 3 pm, at least 2 days per week) to collaborate effectively.
Web Design: Comfortability with web design is crucial for success in this role. Familiarity with our two businesses' websites (Upgrade to see actual info and Upgrade to see actual info) is a plus.
LGBTQ+ Sensitivity: Our business serves the LGBTQ+ community, so you must be comfortable working with individuals and topics related to this community.
English Proficiency: You must be a native English speaker or write fluently like one.
Deadline Management: Ability to set and meet deadlines consistently.
Web Design and CSS Skills: Proficiency in web design and CSS for WordPress is required.
Solo Freelancer: No agencies, please. We're looking for a dedicated individual to work full-time alongside our helpdesk team.

Preferred:

Automation Experience: Experience creating automations in GHL, Active Campaign, and Mautic.
Quiz Creation: Experience using and creating quizzes in Upgrade to see actual info.
Landing Page Creation: Proficiency in designing landing pages.
Graphic Design: Graphic design experience is a plus.

GHL Challenge: Be prepared to recreate a specific web page with a given deadline in GHL from a page made in Wordpress, which is more restricting than GHL.
Optional: If applicable, provide a portfolio of graphic design items you've created.
