We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant who can handle multiple responsibilities, including sales, Shopify management, and basic QuickBooks tasks. Key Responsibilities
1. Virtual Assistant Duties:
Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Assist with customer inquiries and support via email and chat.
Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
Conduct online research and compile reports as needed.
2. Sales & Customer Relations:
Reach out to leads and follow up with potential customers via email, calls, and social media.
Maintain CRM records and track sales progress.
Assist with sales strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Provide excellent customer service to enhance brand loyalty.
3. Shopify Management:
Maintain and update the Shopify store (adding/removing products, adjusting prices, updating descriptions).
Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion.
Troubleshoot basic Shopify issues and liaise with support when necessary.
Assist in implementing promotions and discount codes.
4. QuickBooks Basics:
Enter and categorize transactions in QuickBooks.
Reconcile accounts and track expenses.
Generate basic financial reports and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
Ensure accuracy in data entry and financial records.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role handling sales, e-commerce, and bookkeeping.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Shopify, QuickBooks, and CRM software.
Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills.
Detail-Oriented: Organized and able to multitask efficiently.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide quick solutions.
Self-Starter: Works well independently and takes initiative.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Shopify customization and apps.
Knowledge of QuickBooks beyond basic bookkeeping.
