Experienced Restoration Technician

KAM Restoration/Cleaning Solutions is seeking a Skilled/Experienced Restoration Technician to join our team! This is a full-time position for a motivated person with great compensation and all major benefits. This position requires a hard-working individual who is willing to learn and grow within the restoration/cleaning industry. This position requires the individual to work weekends and late hours to complete projects. The applicant will report directly to our Service Manager. Job duties will include but will not be limited to the following: Countertop polishing & restoration, tile/travertine restoration, pool deck restoration and restoration preparation work.
he successful applicant must possess the following qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position • A valid IN van license or willingness to obtain asap • Reliable transportation to arrive at jobsites/office on time • The ability to operate 20” auto-scrubbers, high speed burnishers and various other types of cleaning equipment. • The ability to operated various power tools. • The ability to work early hours, late hours, weekends and public holidays to complete projects. • The ability to be a problem solver and a team player. • The ability to liaise with all clients on a professional level to ensure time keeping and quality control. • The ability to work unsupervised with an eye for detail.
