Social Media Manager & Content Strategist for DTF Printing

We are a company selling DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing printers and inks/paper. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Strategist who understands social media trends and can make DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing content go viral! We have a professional team that can handle video shooting, but we need someone who can plan, script, and optimize content to maximize engagement on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. We also need the person to engage with the community and bring our brand awareness.

???? Responsibilities
? Develop video content ideas & scripts based on social media trends
? Plan engaging short-form video content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
? Provide clear shot lists & instructions to the filming team
? Edit & optimize videos for maximum engagement and virality
? Add hooks, captions, effects, and trending audio to boost performance
? Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor content
? Track analytics & engagement metrics to refine strategy
? Engage with followers and build a strong social media presence

???? Ideal Candidate
? Experienced social media strategist (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
? Strong scriptwriting skills – can write engaging, viral content ideas
? Knows how to make content engaging & trendy
? Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
? Creative, proactive, and trend-savvy
? Can collaborate with our Chinese-speaking scriptwriter (no Chinese required, but must comfortable working with translated content)
? Basic knowledge of DTF printing or similar industries is a HUGE plus!

???? Salary & Hours
???? $800-$1200/month (based on experience)
? Part-time or Full Time, must be able to work part US Eastern timezone
