AI Automation Workflow Specialist

We are a forward-thinking boutique agency called The Iconic Expressions based in the US, seeking a highly skilled AI and Automation Specialist. Our team is passionate about creating innovative solutions using tools like n8n, SureTriggers and Make. We are looking for a skilled automation expert for building and managing AI-powered automation workflows to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n, SureTriggers, and Make to improve operational efficiency.
-Integrate various tools and APIs (e.g., Google Calendar, Gmail, Telegram) into workflows to automate tasks such as email management, scheduling, and data processing.
-Monitor and troubleshoot workflows to ensure seamless operation, implementing error-handling mechanisms where necessary.
-Document workflow designs and provide clear instructions for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on how to use them.
-Stay updated on the latest features of n8n, SureTriggers, Make, and other relevant tools to enhance existing automation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Proven experience in building automation workflows
-Programming experience
-Familiarity with integrating APIs and third-party tools into automation platforms
-Basic understanding of AI models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini etc.) and their integration into workflows.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
