Analytics Implementation Specialist

We are a forward-thinking boutique agency called The Iconic Expressions based in the US, seeking a highly skilled Analytics Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of analytics platforms across multiple web and application environments. This role is critical in ensuring our data infrastructure supports strategic decision-making and delivers actionable insights across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Implement and optimize tracking solutions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Microsoft Clarity.
-Create and manage reports and dashboards in Google LookerStudio, and Microsoft Power BI.
-Develop and maintain robust dataLayer structures, for React components, Razor Pages, and legacy systems like jQuery.
-Ensure dual tracking during platform migrations (e.g., Lending Insights) and handle hybrid setups with minimal disruptions.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Ability to use GenAI models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for helping solve problems and complete tasks.
-Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, Power BI, and troubleshooting.
-Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks like ReactJS and legacy systems like JavaScript Razor Pages or jQuery (?3.1).
-Backend experience with Upgrade to see actual info frameworks (.NET Framework 4.5, .NET Core/8).
-Familiarity with AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, Secrets Manager, EC2).
-Database management skills with SQL Server and IIS server configurations.
-Experience integrating analytics tools like WalkMe into complex systems without conflicts.
-Ability to handle hybrid architectures involving server-side rendering (Razor Pages) and client-side rendering (React).
