Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Opener to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a crucial role in introducing our services. Using a phone system, you will engage with prospects, assess their initial needs, and pre-qualify them for our services. Qualified prospects will then be transferred to a Senior Representative for further assistance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls using an automatic dialer to connect with potential clients.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout all interactions.
Speak clearly, confidently, and effectively to convey information about tax relief services.
Ask qualifying questions to identify prospects' needs and ensure they meet pre-qualification criteria for our services.
Transfer qualified and interested prospects seamlessly to a Senior Representative for follow-up and closure.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets while maintaining quality standards.
Capability to work 8am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Ability to listen actively and ask relevant questions to gather essential information.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and using a sophisticated phone system.
Previous experience in a call center or outbound calling role is a plus.
