About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant (VA) specializing in social media marketing to help manage and grow multiple social media accounts, primarily on Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and Reddit (bonus). You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, sourcing trending content, engaging with audiences, and organically growing creator-focused accounts.

Responsibilities

- Manage and publish content across multiple social media accounts simultaneously.

- Source and curate trending, relevant Reels and other short-form content.

- Develop and execute strategies to organically grow social media presence through engagement, reposts, and comments.

- Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to optimize content reach and engagement.

- Monitor social media analytics and provide insights for growth opportunities.

- Identify and engage with niche communities and relevant audiences.

- Schedule and maintain a consistent posting calendar.

- Provide regular reports on social media performance and growth strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in a similar role managing social media for creators, influencers, or brands.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, X, and Reddit (bonus).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts at once while maintaining quality and engagement.
- Knowledge of social media trends, engagement tactics, and best practices.
- Experience in organic growth strategies (no paid ads).
- Excellent written communication skills for captions, comments, and engagement.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with time management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Reddit
Graphic design or video editing skills for content creation.
