E-Commerce Marketing Assistant (Full-Time, Remote) – Fashion & Beauty Brand

???? Join Duke The Label, a fast-growing activewear brand, as our E-commerce Marketing Assistant! We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organised individual with Shopify experience (MUST-HAVE) to support our marketing and e-commerce operations. If you have a passion for fashion, social media, and influencer marketing, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:
? Shopify Management – Assist with product uploads, updates, discounts, and basic troubleshooting.
? Social Media Marketing – Support our social media strategy, including content scheduling, engagement, and analytics.
? UGC & Influencer Marketing – Find and manage relationships with content creators and influencers to grow brand awareness.
? Content Creation – Use Canva to create marketing assets for ads, emails, and social media.
? Email & SMS Marketing – Assist with email campaigns, list management, and performance tracking.
? E-commerce Support – Help optimise product pages, track sales performance, and analyse trends.

What We're Looking For:
? Must have Shopify experience (you will be working with our store daily).
? Strong social media background (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
? Proficient in Canva for designing marketing assets.
? Experience in UGC and Influencer Marketing (managing partnerships, negotiating deals).
? A background in fashion or beauty e-commerce is a big plus!
? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
? Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

Position Details:

? Full-time role (40 hours per week).
