To support our growing team, we're seeking a skilled Virtual Operations & IT Support Specialist who can effectively leverage Microsoft 365 tools, assist with IT helpdesk needs, and provide technical support to improve operational efficiency.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Virtual Operations & IT Support Specialist, you will wear two hats: helping optimize business workflows using Microsoft 365 tools (such as Power Automate and Microsoft Lists) and providing technical assistance across the organization. You’ll help automate processes, streamline business operations, and troubleshoot IT issues for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. This remote role requires a versatile individual who can balance both automation optimization and IT helpdesk support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement AI Solutions: Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools to improve business processes. Automate repetitive tasks, such as customer support, data management, and marketing campaigns, through platforms like Power Automate and Zapier.

Microsoft 365 Optimization: Use Power Automate, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools to create workflows that streamline operations, enhance communication, and optimize team collaboration.

AI-Driven Customer Support: Implement AI chatbots (e.g., Tidio or Drift) and AI-powered customer service tools to enhance customer interactions and automate responses for common queries.

Sales and Marketing Automation: Leverage AI tools for lead generation, sales forecasting, and marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) to drive growth and optimize customer outreach.

Tech Support & Troubleshooting: Provide remote IT helpdesk support, addressing technical issues with Microsoft 365 tools, AI integrations, hardware, and software. Help troubleshoot, guide, and resolve technical problems efficiently.

Training & Documentation: Create training materials and guides to help teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients effectively use AI tools and Microsoft 365 products. Lead virtual training sessions to empower users and promote self-sufficiency.

System Integration & Optimization: Integrate AI tools with existing business systems (CRM, inventory management, accounting) to optimize data flow, improve decision-making, and ensure seamless operations.

Monitor & Optimize Workflows: Track the performance of AI-driven tools and automation processes. Continuously identify opportunities to refine and improve the implementation for better outcomes.

Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (especially Power Automate, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, and Teams).
Experience with AI tools (chatbots, automation platforms like Zapier, and AI-powered marketing tools).
Strong IT support background, including troubleshooting common technical issues related to software and hardware.
Ability to identify and implement automation opportunities that drive business efficiency and save time.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with small business operations or a deep understanding of how AI can optimize small business workflows is preferred.

Nice to Have:
Certifications in Microsoft 365, IT support, or AI/Automation technologies.
Experience with AI-powered inventory management systems or finance automation tools.
