Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies tailored to client goals
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.)
Create engaging content (graphics, videos, and copy) aligned with brand messaging
Schedule and monitor posts using social media management tools
Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum engagement and conversions
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align social strategies with marketing goals

Role Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience in social media management
Strong understanding of content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics
Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Ability to create high-performing short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks)
Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and improve performance
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus
