Job Overview:
We are looking for a Creative Strategist with a strong background in digital marketing and social media content creation within the health & wellness consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and video production.


Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute creative marketing strategies tailored to the health & wellness CPG space.
-Brainstorm and create engaging content ideas, scripts, and campaign outlines for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
-Collaborate with videographers, editors, and marketers to ensure seamless content execution.
-Oversee content pre-production, shooting, and post-production to align with brand messaging.
-Provide structured feedback to editors and content creators to enhance video impact.
-Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies for maximum engagement.
-Stay ahead of social media trends, competitor strategies, and emerging content formats.


Qualifications:
-Strong understanding of health & wellness consumer-packaged goods (CPG) marketing.
-Proven experience in scriptwriting, content strategy, and social-first marketing.
-Knowledge of video production, editing workflows, and content optimization for social platforms.
-Ability to provide clear and structured feedback to editors.
-Strong analytical mindset to improve creative performance.
-Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications
-Basic skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro (to understand editing processes).
-Experience managing social media accounts or influencer collaborations.
-Background in direct response marketing and conversion-driven content creation.
-Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and automation strategies.
-Experience working with DTC eCommerce brands in the supplement or wellness industry.
