About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, highly organised Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager + Executive Assistant to handle content creation, social media, and administrative tasks. You’ll be responsible for managing our online presence, video editing reels, growing our audience, and keeping our operations smooth for a start up brand.



Key Responsibilities


Content Creation & Social Media

- Create & schedule 70+ short-form videos per month - (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) - derived from pre written blogs, the reel template will be the same, and created for you for replicable seamless editing.
- Post & manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Engage with followers & collaborate with influencers
- Post & optimise blog posts for SEO

Course Editing & Transcription
- Edit course materials & video transcripts (3-month project)

Executive Assistance
- Manage founder’s schedule & emails
- Organise files & track project deadlines
- Handle community engagement & customer inquiries

Marketing & Growth
- Run email campaigns & newsletters
- Research & reach out to potential brand partners
- Analyse content performance & adjust strategies

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
* Strong video editing skills (Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred), or similar)
*Organized & proactive, with great time management
* Passion for sustainability, storytelling, and inspired living
