Experienced Creative Specialist (E-commerce & Advertising)

We focus on the children's niche and are constantly improving our ad campaigns and product visuals. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced Creative Specialist who not only creates creative ads, but also knows exactly how to optimise and adapt winning campaigns according to our methods and hooks.

What will you do?:

Design and create powerful ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.
Voiceovers, cut and paste ads, and perfect creatives to maximise performance.
Working with Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or other design tools to produce high-quality creatives.
Fully brand creatives according to our vision, thoughts and angles.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual strategies that increase conversions.
Analysing trends and competition to always come up with the best ad creations.

Who are you?:

You have extensive experience as a Creative Specialist within e-commerce, dropshipping and advertising.
You know exactly how to customise and optimise winning campaigns.
You have experience with Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and other relevant tools.
You understand how ad psychology and storytelling work within online marketing.
You can work independently and take full responsibility for your designs.
