We’re looking for a full-time Marketing Automation & AI Specialist to join L’Estrange Digital Marketing – a fast-growing agency based in New Zealand focused on smart marketing automation, AI, and high-converting campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing
GHL Automation & Troubleshooting – Build, test, and optimise workflows, triggers, and pipelines
Website & Funnel Development – Build landing pages and sites in GHL & WordPress
AI & Chatbot Development – Train AI tools (ChatGPT, custom GPTs) and web chatbots
Automation with Zapier & Pabbly – Set up integrations and streamline processes

Email & Ad Execution – Create email sequences, automate follow-ups, and track ad performance
Custom Fields & Snapshot Optimisation – Develop tested, high-quality GHL snapshots

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: 2,250–2,600 NZD/month (paid fortnightly via Wise)
Fully Remote – Work From Home
Full-Time & Long-Term Stability
Flexible Work Hours – Must be available for at least part of the day between 10 AM - 2 PM NZT
