1. Making calls to motivated home owners (Batchdialer)
2. Building rapport and gathering vital information about property
3 Making Offers
4. Update your list using our CRM (Podio)
5. Passing information collected from talking to sellers to me
6. Helping us close at least close on 2 properties per month

Requirements: Speak English fluently - Some type of cold calling and lead gen experience

Work Time: Monday - Saturday from 11:00am CST - 7:00pm CST
Sunday - Off

Paid through Wise

$1,000 commissions will be paid for every property closed on that you brought to the table.
