Who You Are

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Integrator & Marketing Manager who takes ownership of their role. You are a problem solver, an initiative taker, and someone who naturally creates systems to keep things running smoothly. You aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, send an email, or take the lead on projects. You work well independently but also love collaborating with a visionary team.

?? Excellent Communication Skills – Both written and verbal (you’ll be sending emails, making calls, and engaging with clients).?? Fluent in English – You can confidently communicate, write, and engage with clients and partners.?? Tech-Savvy & Organized – You can quickly adapt to new software and create efficient systems.?? Marketing & Social Media Knowledge – You understand branding, engagement, and content creation.?? Video Editing Skills – Ability to edit short-form and long-form video content.?? GoHighLevel Experience – Or a quick learner who can pick up CRM and automation platforms.?? Email & Contact List Management – Experience with Constant Contact or similar platforms.

?? AI Tools  – You are comfortable with ChatGPT and embrace other low cost or free tools to help optimize and make operations more efficient across the board - but with a watchful eye towards keeping our VOICE.?? Project Management & Time Management – You thrive in a fast-paced environment.?? Problem-Solving Attitude – You anticipate challenges and handle them proactively.?? Comfortable Making Calls – Whether it’s reaching out to clients, booking events, or managing logistics.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Operations & Business Management:

Oversee daily operations and ensure the company runs smoothly, including e-mail management, sitting in on asset management meetings, and assisting with program and workshop launches.

Manage and update CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Constant Contact).

Organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics.

Anticipate problems and create solutions before they happen.

Assist with investor outreach and business development tasks.

Manage and streamline internal communication between teams.

Ensure follow-ups and client interactions happen on time and with excellence.

Marketing & Media Management:

Create and manage social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X & YouTube.

Edit long form and short form videos for social media and marketing purposes.

Manage email campaigns and contact lists (Constant Contact experience preferred).

Post and manage event promotions on platforms like Meetup, Eventbrite, Facebook.

Assist in creating marketing funnels and lead generation systems.

Oversee website updates, program or workshop launches and online branding initiatives.

Working with tools to set up and execute marketing campaigns for online course sales, program launches and retreats.

Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.

Customer Engagement & Client Relations:

Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Follow up with leads and ensure a great client experience.

Assist with outreach to podcast guests, event speakers, and partners.

Help with event coordination and ensure seamless execution.
