Shopify Store Management and SEO

I'm looking for a VA that can managed my shopify store management and SEO.

1) There is a probation of a minimum of 1 month and a max of 2 months.
2) To pass the probation, you will need to be able to add value to my business, if there is a significant improvement in the first month, I will let you pass the probation. Don’t worry as we will have a weekly huddle to explain to share some of the data with you.
3) Probation rate is USD$1/hr. Work 5hrs daily from Monday to Friday.
4) Timetracker to be installed on your laptop or PC to track time.
5) Payment is on the 1st and 15th of every month.
6) Must be able to handle my shopify store management by sourcing winning products, order fulfilment, products review etc..
7) Able to suggest to me how SEO can bring me consistent sales without running ads by targeting USA market.
8) You can work as many hours as you like but the main objective is for me to see sales results on SEO and constantly updating my store.
9) Check for updates if the stocks on my store still available to sell as I didn’t manage it for quite sometimes.
