ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our content strategy, creating compelling posts, engaging with our community, and ensuring our brand stays top-of-mind. You’ll have the creative freedom to experiment with content formats and marketing trends while collaborating with our CEO and recruitment teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
*Content Creation – Develop engaging graphics, posts, and videos for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram,
*Video Editing – Produce short-form videos and reels using tools like CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Canva Video.
*Social Media Strategy – Plan and execute content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging.
*Community Engagement – Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster an engaged audience.
*Performance Tracking – Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and growth.
*Trendspotting – Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and bring fresh, innovative content ideas to the table.
*Employer Branding – Support the creation of job posts and recruitment marketing materials to attract top talent.
ABOUT YOU
*Experience – 2+ years in social media management, preferably in B2B, recruitment, or employer branding.
*Content Expertise – Proven ability to create diverse content formats, including graphics, short videos, and compelling copy.
*Tech Skills – Proficiency in Hootsuite, Canva, CapCut, and video editing tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve, Shotcut).
*Communication – Strong English skills (written and verbal) to craft professional and engaging content.
*Organization – Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
*Creativity & Adaptability – Passionate about building brands, keeping up with trends, and creating shareable, engaging content.
*Collaboration & Remote Work – Comfortable working independently in a remote setting while coordinating with a U.S.-based team (CST morning overlap required).
