Brand Manager needed - Shopify/Facebook Ads

Hello there! We are a growing eCommerce company with multiple brands looking for an enthusiastic and professional Brand Manager. You must have prior experience working with Facebook Ads for Upgrade to see actual info brands. This is a long-term position for the right candidate who is experienced, data-driven, and hungry to deliver results.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years Media Buying Experience working with Facebook Ads for Upgrade to see actual info stores (Dropshipping or Private Label preferred)
- Proven track record of managing ad spend budgets and scaling campaigns profitably
- Has used tools like Kalodata and Foreplay and Ads library to find new products
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Must have stable Wi-Fi
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of performance tracking tools
- Experience with creative testing and audience segmentation

Your Tasks as a Facebook Ads Media Buyer:
- Upload and launch ads in Facebook Ads Manager
- Find products that we need to source and test
- Monitor and optimize ad performance to meet KPIs
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights
- Collaborate with the creative team to test new ad creatives
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in Facebook advertising

- 5. Are you familiar with creative testing strategies? Do you have any examples of campaigns you've scaled successfully?
6. do you know you ins and outs of shopify, how to add products and apps?
7. have you used tools like Upgrade to see actual info?
8. If an SOP was provided on how to find products, find ads, and then upload ads into meta, can you do that?

We are looking to grow very quickly in the next few months, and this position will allow for opportunities to be moved to incentive-based pay and a salary increase.

Monthly Pay:
$200 CAD to start

Currently, you must be able to work at least 10-20 hours/week (including weekends).
