Expert After Effects Video Editor

I am looking for a fulltime video editor who has a lot of experience in video editing, and more specifically, after effects. I am only looking for veteran editors who are able to understand creative briefs and add their own ideas to the editing process, and have HIGH LEVEL of technical ability. The bare minimum we are looking for is Iman Gadzhi type of editing, that looks prefessional, smooth, and eye-catching.
