Go High Level (GHL) Expert – Job Description

Company: JRA360 – The Marketing Agency for Million Dollar Plus Junk & Dumpster Business Owners.

Location: Remote

Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Project Based


About the Role
We are seeking a Go High Level (GHL) expert to manage and optimize our CRM, automate client qualification and follow-up processes, build landing pages, execute outreach campaigns, and provide staff training and ongoing support. The ideal candidate must be highly responsive, proactive, and able to train our team on GHL best practices while ensuring seamless system operation. This role is essential to scaling our agency’s marketing automation and client management systems.


Key Responsibilities

CRM & Automation

Set up and maintain GHL as the primary CRM for JRA360.
Develop client qualification workflows to move leads through sales cycles.
Automate client follow-up sequences (email, text, voicemail drops).
Build pipeline automation for sales processes, renewals, and upsells.
Landing Page & Funnel Development

Build high-converting landing pages for lead capture, sign-ups, and event registrations within 24-48 hours.
Develop multi-step funnels for client onboarding, promotions, and lead nurturing.
Implement conversion tracking and A/B testing for performance optimization.
Cold Outreach & Lead Nurturing

Design, schedule, and execute cold email outreach campaigns.
Set up SMS follow-up sequences for lead engagement.
Build automated appointment booking workflows for sales calls.

Email
& SMS Blasts

Create and send email/text campaigns for promotions, events, and client updates.
Maintain compliance with opt-in/opt-out regulations.
Develop re-engagement campaigns for inactive leads.
Staff Training & Ongoing Support

Conduct team training sessions on GHL usage, automation, and best practices.
Provide documentation and SOPs for team reference.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for staff members.
Serve as the primary point of contact for GHL-related questions and issues.
Regularly update the team on new GHL features and optimizations.
Additional Optimization & Support

Identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration with websites, booking systems, and marketing platforms.
Provide performance reports on automation and campaigns.


Key Requirements:

Technical Skills & Experience

Expert-level proficiency in Go High Level (GHL) with 2-3+ years of experience managing automation, pipelines, and CRM workflows.
Experience in building landing pages and funnels using GHL.
Strong knowledge of email marketing, SMS marketing, and cold outreach best practices.
Ability to train and support internal teams on GHL usage and automation.
Experience integrating GHL with third-party platforms (Zapier, Stripe, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong understanding of A/B testing, split testing, and conversion optimization.


Soft Skills & Work Ethic

Fast response times – landing pages must be delivered within 24-48 hours.
Ability to train and support teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on using GHL effectively.
Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions.
Strong communication skills – able to explain workflows, automation, and reports clearly.
Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with the JRA360 team.


Performance Expectations

Landing pages & funnels delivered within 24-48 hours of request.
Cold email & SMS campaigns launched within 48 hours when needed.
Team fully trained on GHL with accessible documentation and ongoing support.
Immediate issue resolution for CRM or automation failures.
Regular performance reporting with recommendations for improvements.


Compensation

Competitive salary or contract rate based on experience.
Potential for bonuses based on performance and lead generation success.
