Shopify Virtual Assistant (Freelance/Gig)

We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify Virtual Assistant to assist with various eCommerce tasks on a freelance/gig basis. If you have experience working with Shopify, product management, SEO, and email marketing, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Management:
Product listing, editing, and optimization
Managing orders, refunds, and fulfillment tracking
Generating sales and inventory reports
Inventory tracking and stock management
Basic theme editing and app integrations
Creating and managing Shopify Flows for automation

Copywriting & Content Creation:
Writing compelling product descriptions with SEO in mind
Creating general email marketing templates
Generating promotional content for product launches and campaigns

SEO & Optimization:
Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO strategies
Optimizing product pages and meta descriptions for search rankings
Improving page speed and mobile-friendliness

Google Sheets / Excel Proficiency:
Handling CSV uploads and formatting
Organizing product data and inventory sheets
Updating reports and tracking performance metrics

Requirements:
Proven Shopify experience (minimum 1 year)
Strong copywriting skills with SEO knowledge
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel (CSV formatting, formulas)
Experience with Shopify Flows & automation
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

Job Details:
Rate: $6-7 AUD per hour
Type: Freelance / Gig-based (hourly work, as needed)
Remote: Yes, work from anywhere
Flexible schedule, but must be responsive
