Who We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of proven closing experience (real estate preferred)
• Fluent in English with a neutral or American accent
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills – ability to handle objections and close deals fast
• Experience in sales, particularly in real estate
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Skilled in appointment setting and follow-ups to maximize conversions
• Flexible and adaptable – able to adjust strategies based on client needs
• Comfortable working with CRM and sales tools (e.g., AirCall, ClickUp, HubSpot, Podio)
• Confident, self-motivated, and performance-driven
• Professional and engaging phone presence
• Availability to work in US time zones (EST) – our clients are based in the USA
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries from real estate agents in the USA
• Set up and confirm appointments with potential clients
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations
• Negotiate pricing and contracts confidently
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Track conversions and manage CRM efficiently
• Provide insights to improve the sales process
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $350/month
• Starting at 4 hours per day, with the opportunity to transition to full-time (8h/day) based on results
• High commissions on every closed deal
• Fully remote position
