AI Agent Automation Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist for our team with expertise in n8n, Make or similar to design and implement advanced automation solutions. This role requires a self-driven person who can independently build, optimize, and maintain workflows while integrating AI-driven decision-making. Experience with frontend development for user-facing interfaces is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Automation Workflow Development
Design, build, and maintain complex workflows in for example n8n (advanced features required) or Make, ensuring seamless integration with third-party tools.

AI & Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to embed AI services (e.g., NLP, ChatGPT, ML-based analysis) into workflows to enhance decision-making and scalability. Proactively troubleshoot and refine workflows to address edge cases and performance bottlenecks.

Frontend Development (Secondary Focus):
Collaborate on or lead the creation of intuitive user interfaces for workflow interactions (if applicable).

Project Execution:
Own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision: scope requirements, build solutions, test rigorously, and document processes. Partner with stakeholders to align automation solutions with broader objectives.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer:
Maintain clear, detailed records of workflows, configurations, and APIs.

Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in n8n or make: Proven ability to build custom functions, integrate APIs, and leverage advanced features.
- Independent Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to deliver projects with minimal oversight.
- Technical Skills: Strong grasp of APIs, JSON, and scripting (JavaScript/Python preferred).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to reverse-engineer issues and optimize workflows for efficiency.

Preferred Skills:
- Frontend development experience (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for UI design.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of data security best practices.
