JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based company looking for a talented VA to work from the comfort of their own home and help grow our eCommerce businesses.

The role will require you to handle customer service via email, live chat, and social media for our multiple brands. All messages must be responded to within 3 minutes.

You will work during our off hours, and the rest of the team will be unreachable. However, we have tools and processes in place to enable you to be self-sufficient.

Working hours are 5 pm Eastern Time until 1 am Eastern Time.

Requirements:
-Excellent level of reading, comprehending, and, writing English?
-A desire to help people
-Problem-solving skills and troubleshooting customers' issues efficiently and effectively
-High-speed internet
-A computer
-Provide end-of-shift updates to the Sales/Support Manager
