We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Customer Service Specialist to join our team remotely and help us grow our brand while delivering top-notch support to our customers.

Position Overview
We are seeking a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries, provide knowledgeable assistance, and contribute to marketing efforts. This role requires a mix of customer service, content marketing, and brand engagement to strengthen relationships with our customers and grow our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist customers with product questions, order issues, and returns/exchanges.
Provide troubleshooting help and guide customers to the right products.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer informed support.

Marketing & Brand Engagement
Assist with social media management by creating and scheduling posts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Help draft email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Monitor and respond to customer comments and reviews on various platforms.
Assist in content creation, such as writing blog posts, product descriptions, or video scripts.
Identify opportunities to engage with potential customers and build brand loyalty.

Qualifications
Must have fluent, clear English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or e-commerce is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using email, chat, and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a remote setting.
Familiarity with pianos, music, or piano technology is a bonus (but not required).
