We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Service and Administrative Specialist to join our growing ecommerce company specializing in playground equipment. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience while supporting the administrative needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide excellent customer service through LiveChat,
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer-related issues, including product inquiries, order updates, and post-sale support.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage and organize customer data and records using CRM systems.
Assist with order processing, refunds, and tracking customer orders.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions and internal reports.
Shopify/Ecommerce Management:
Support ecommerce operations by handling basic Shopify-related tasks.
Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot and resolve ecommerce challenges.
Process Optimization:
Use AI tools to enhance customer service and administrative efficiency.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to customer service processes.
Administrative Tasks:
Manage and organize customer data and records using CRM systems.

Qualifications:
Non-Negotiable Skills:
Immaculate spoken English (loom video proof required).
Exceptional writing skills for clear and professional communication.
Strong AI proficiency for using tools to streamline tasks.

Preferred Experience:
