We specialize in acquiring on- and off-market investment properties by building strategic partnerships with agents and wholesalers. Unlike traditional wholesalers, we prioritize long-term relationships over transactional deals, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for our investor network.
Role Summary:
We’re hiring a results-driven Acquisitions Manager to aggressively expand our inventory of investment properties. You’ll leverage social media platforms to network with other real estate wholesalers to build long term mutually beneficial relationships and secure 5+ deals monthly in a commission, high-reward environment.
Key Responsibilities/Objectives:
-Utilize
-Build a list and follow up weekly with the wholesalers for any deals.
-Manage and track leads (properties) sent to you by wholesalers utilizing our CRM (GoHighLevel).
-Comp and underwrite properties to figure out the ARV and price that our team should sell the deal for.
-Negotiate and write up contracts with the wholesalers.
-Maintain good communication and provide detailed feedback to the wholesalers who’s deals we’re marketing.
Candidate Profile
Who You Are:
-You are very tech savvy
-You’re very organized.
-You’re proactive and take initiative on tasks quickly
-You’re a fast learner and pick up new things quickly and easily.
-You’re an over communicator and always make sure relevant parties are in the loop of things.
-Detail Oriented
Who You Are NOT:
-Slow with technologyYou complain about things
-You get easily overwhelmed
-You do the bare minimum
-A passive “order-taker” who waits for opportunities to come to them.
Must-Have Qualifications:
-At least 1.5 years in a real estate lead generator or sales role.
-Proficiency in CRMs for at least 1 year.
-MUST be willing to use your own personal
-50 Words Per Minute
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
-Experience in GoHighLevel CRM
-Real Estate Acquisitions Sales Experience
