We're looking for a versatile Video Editor with fluent English skills who can adapt their editing style to different age groups and creative formats. If you thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and have experience crafting compelling Meta ad creatives, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
Edit high-quality videos for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads, adapting to different tones, styles, and demographics.
Cut, color-grade, and enhance raw footage to create engaging, polished videos.
Optimize ad creatives for performance, testing different variations to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Work with copywriters and marketers to align visuals with messaging strategies.
Stay up-to-date with trends in social media advertising and video editing techniques.

What We're Looking For:
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in video editing, particularly for Meta Ads (portfolio required).
Ability to edit in a wide range of styles suited for different age groups.
Strong proficiency in an editing software any of these will do (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut, or similar).
Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and ad engagement strategies.
Knowledge of best practices for social media video formats and aspect ratios.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
