Job Summary:
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring efficient workflow, customer satisfaction, and overall sales success. This role involves managing client interactions, preparing sales reports, maintaining CRM databases, and coordinating with internal teams to streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract preparation, and documentation management.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accuracy in customer data and sales records.
Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights on performance metrics and trends.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies by providing necessary materials, proposals, and presentations.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes for sales-related discussions.
Monitor and follow up on pending sales activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Help manage inventory levels, track product availability, and liaise with logistics teams for order fulfillment.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of sales support operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to supporting sales teams.
Familiarity with sales and marketing principles is a plus.
