Hiring a Cold Calling VA for My Real Estate Wholesaling Business!

Hey my name is Carlos, I’m looking for a solid VA to add to my team. It’s just my partner and I currently and we are looking to add you to our team. You will be helping with cold calling, qualifying leads, lead generation and setting appointments for our wholesaling business. I need someone who’s sharp, knows how to build trust with sellers, and can think on their feet to dig for real motivation - the kind of motivation that can turn a prospect into a great deal. That's the name of the game.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Calling homeowners and seeing if they’d be open to selling.
- Having real conversations (not just reading a script) and asking the right questions to find out why they might sell.
- Building rapport (trust) and making sellers feel comfortable talking to you.
- Handling objections and keeping the conversation going.
- Qualifying leads based on specific criteria.
- Setting up appointments.
- Taking good notes and updating our CRM.

What I’m Looking For:
- Fluent English (clear and confident, minimal accent)
- Experience in cold calling (real estate is a plus, but not a dealbreaker)
- Someone who can think fast and not get thrown off by objections.
- Good at talking to people and making them feel comfortable.
- Reliable internet and a quiet place to work.
- Familiarity with CRMs, dialers, and real estate tools is a bonus.
