JOB OVERVIEW

The job role is fluid, working alongside myself, a property investor in Bristol, United Kingdom. I hope for the role to develop and for your responsibilites to expand over time as you become familar with the business and gain knowledge. Reflective of this, there is the opportunity for the pay and hours per week to grow. All work requests would assume minimal existing knowledge and would come with instructions from myself, or an allowance of time to learn/research online.

Introductory jobs could entail:
- Assisting with website design and data collection - For instance, editing and curating pages such as by collecting the guides and manuals for the applicances of a property.
- Designing social media posts and ideas - Helping drive organic growth through engagement, editing posts on Canva, and organising/maintaining a posting schedule on Instagram, Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info.
- Basic bookkeeping and administration - Organising invoices and receipts against bank statement entries.
- Researching and developing the business's systems and processes - Setting up means so to better and more efficiently work as a team; This may involve researching how to best use applications like Outlook, Teams, Notion, Asana, etc.

Advanced jobs could entail:
- Data analysis on specialist software, Searchland, so to identify property deals/prospects in the local area.
- Perform analysis of deals, gathering local comparables and presenting opportunities.
- Managing direct to vendor marketing campaigns.
- Performing business data analytics to help manage cashflow.
