Full-Time Reddit Posting Virtual Assistant (VA)

We are hiring a full-time Reddit Posting VA to manage multiple Reddit accounts, schedule and post content, engage with users, and follow clear content strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing multiple Reddit profiles through anti-detect browsers.
- Posting scheduled content while following detailed instructions from our managers.
- Navigating a curated list of subreddits (hosted on Airtable) and ensuring proper engagement.
- Keeping the clients’ online presence consistent, professional, and within the theme of their accounts.
- Responding to comments and messages to boost engagement and build the account's reputation.
- Adapting to new AI and automation tools to improve efficiency (a big plus!).

Requirements:
- Fluent English (written and spoken) – Advanced level required
- High-speed, stable internet connection

- Strong ability to follow instructions and implement feedback

Compensation:
- Starting pay: $3 per hour
- Earning potential: Up to $10 per hour for those who become managers and successfully lead a team
