Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle both inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote company products or services. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle outbounce calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, conduct surveys, offer promotions, and engage in retention activities.
Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach when dealing with customer concerns.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
Meet performance targets, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion rates (if applicable).
Document customer interactions and transactions using CRM or other customer service software.
Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient problem resolution and improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and active listening skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and call center technologies is a plus.
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
A positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
Education & Experience:
1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing roles preferred.
Work Schedule:
Full-time or part-time shifts available.
May require evening, weekend, or holiday availability depending on company needs.
