Virtual assistant-Part time property management assistance

$3-4 pre hour 20-25 hr per week

Job Overview:
We are seeking a experienced **Virtual Project Manager** to manage and oversee the flow of fix-and-flip projects and rental property management remotely. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing property renovations, coordinating trades, and ensuring properties are ready for market or tenant move-in. Candidates without proven experience in this field will not be considered.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage the complete workflow of property rehab projects, from acquisition to completion
- Coordinate and schedule trades in the appropriate order for house renovations
- Order and manage materials required for projects
- Obtain progress photos and reports from on-site contractors
- Coordinate draw and payment schedules for trades and materials
- Ensure punch lists are completed for rentals or properties ready for sale
- Manage utility connections, turn-ons, and ongoing property upkeep (e.g., lawn services, winterization)
- Prepare properties for listing on the MLS or tenant move-in
- Monitor and manage rental property maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

- **Proven experience as a Virtual Project Manager for fix-and-flip and rental property management**
- Comprehensive understanding of project flow for renovations and property management
- Strong skills in coordinating trades and scheduling efficiently
- Ability to source and order materials effectively
- Experience managing utilities and ongoing property upkeep
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of the Pittsburgh, PA real estate market is a plus
- Proficient in project management tools and property management software
