We guide entrepreneurs through the entire process—from incorporation to compliance—ensuring a seamless and efficient experience. To support our growing operations, we are looking for a Client Engagement Manager who will act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire business setup process.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Client Management -
Serving as the main contact for clients from the initial consultation to full company incorporation.
Providing clear guidance on business setup requirements and processes.
Ensuring clients have a seamless experience by proactively addressing questions and concerns.
- Company Formation & Registration-
Managing business license applications and trade name registrations.
Submitting and following up on required documents with relevant authorities.
- Process Coordination & Optimization -
Streamlining and improving company incorporation processes.
Developing internal procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency.
Managing applications and documentation efficiently in the CRM system.
- Aftercare & Compliance -
Ensuring clients remain compliant with ongoing requirements (e.g., license renewals, annual filings).
Assisting with bank account openings, visa applications, and other related services when required.

What We’re Looking For
Strong client management and communication skills.
Excellent English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
Experience in corporate services, business setup, or legal administration is preferred, but training will be provided.
Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus.
