We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer & Social Media Virtual Assistant to bring our brand to life through creative visuals and engaging social content. If you have a strong eye for design, expertise in social media, and digital marketing skills, this role is for you!

>> Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging graphics, managing our social media platforms, and developing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. This role requires a mix of creativity, technical design skills, and social media expertise.

**Additionally, the ideal candidate should relieve our marketing team by taking ownership of projects, applying critical thinking, and working independently without requiring step-by-step instructions or constant supervision.**

>> What You’ll Do:
- Design high-quality graphics, banners, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- Create branded content that aligns with our company identity.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Design presentations, brochures, flyers, and other branded materials.
- Develop engaging social media posts and campaigns.
- Edit photos and videos for digital content.
- Monitor social media trends, respond to comments/messages, and grow engagement.
- Analyze metrics and adjust strategies for better performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns and merchandising materials.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and website content updates.

>> Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and trends.
- Excellent copywriting skills for captions and marketing materials.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects with minimal guidance.
