Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual for an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) position. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or someone looking to change careers, this is the perfect opportunity to break into the high-income potential world of tech sales. As an SDR, you will be instrumental in building the foundation of our sales pipeline and helping us expand our customer base. Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Qualify Leads: Engage with leads to understand their needs, qualify them, and move them through the sales funnel.
Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Pass along qualified leads to Account Executives and support them in follow-up communication.
CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of interactions with prospects in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Sales Metrics: Achieve targets related to calls made, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to uncover new sales opportunities.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing sales training to improve your skills and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree (required).
No prior experience required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects.
A self-starter attitude with a goal-oriented approach.
Ability to manage rejection and stay persistent in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Go High Level, Salesforce, etc.) and phone systems for sales outreach.
Self-motivated, able to work independently while contributing to a remote team.
