Sales Development Representative (Full-Time) – Join Our Growing Team!

Hey! We’re a design agency, and we need a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.

What You’ll Be Doing
• 80% of your time: Calling warm leads—people who showed interest but didn’t book or reply.
• 20% of your time: Going after new leads and opportunities.
• No guessing games—we give you the script, the leads, the tools, and all the support you need.

• Experience in sales development (cold calling, follow-ups, lead activation).
• Comfortable on the phone—this role is all about calling and converting.
• Someone hungry to grow. This role will evolve into bigger opportunities in the company.

How Hiring Works
1. Two-week paid trial ($200-$600 based on experience).
2. Full-time offer ($600-$1,200 per month, depending on experience).
