Position: Virtual Receptionist (Remote)
Location: Work from Home
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM (EST)

Our Chiropractic Office & Nationally Recognized Laser Pain Center (Relief Now Methods) is looking for a Remote Receptionist to manage patient interactions, schedule appointments, and convert leads into booked consultations.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, assist patients, and schedule appointments.
Utilize a VOIP phone system, electronic health record (EHR) software, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools (such as HighLevel).
Follow up with leads from advertisements, educate them about treatable conditions, and convert them into scheduled appointments.
Follow provided scripts while also understanding how to adapt conversations naturally.
Take and relay messages accurately to office staff.
Provide general information about our services.
Accept feedback and show a willingness to learn and improve.
Ensure HIPAA compliance in all interactions.

What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus!).
Previous receptionist, customer service, or call center experience (preferably in healthcare).
Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
Familiarity with VOIP systems, EHR software, and CRM tools like HighLevel is preferred.
Sales or lead conversion experience is a plus!
A quiet work environment and reliable internet connection.
