What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and scaling Google Ads accounts for eCommerce brands, ensuring top-tier performance and ROAS.
- Developing data-driven strategies that maximize conversions and optimize ad spend.
- Analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and refine campaign strategies.
- Implementing advanced Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search campaigns to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of ad strategies and continuous client success.
- Staying ahead of industry trends to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, specifically in the eCommerce space.
- Proven success in scaling eCommerce brands with high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Google Shopping, Performance Max, and Search Ads for online stores.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience with conversion tracking, attribution models, and feed optimization.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance team.
