JOB OVERVIEW

CookiePal is seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Support & Administrative Coordinator to oversee customer support operations and assist with administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring that customer inquiries and concerns are addressed efficiently while maintaining clear communication with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, and a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support Management: Respond to customer inquiries via email and Slack, providing timely and professional assistance.
- Issue Tracking & Resolution: Monitor Slack alerts and translate them into actionable steps, coordinating with the development team as needed.
- Product Knowledge & Documentation: Develop a thorough understanding of product documentation to provide accurate and effective support.
- Ticketing & Record-Keeping: Maintain a well-organized system for tracking support requests and documenting actions taken.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure all support requests are addressed promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with email outreach campaigns and competitor research to support company operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in drafting professional email responses.
- Proficiency in Slack for team communication and task coordination.
- Experience with customer support and project management tools such as HubSpot, Jira, or Trello is an advantage.
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and address customer needs.
- Ability to quickly understand and apply complex documentation in customer support scenarios.
