We’re looking for a recruiter specialist with 4+ years of experience who can take ownership of the hiring process and help us grow a strong team. You’ll play a key role in sourcing, screening, and conducting technical and cultural fit interviews to ensure we bring on the best talent.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, taking initiative, and refining recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
-Manage and optimise job postings to attract high-quality candidates.
-Source, screen, and assess applicants to ensure the right fit.
-Conduct technical and cultural fit interviews, guiding candidates through the hiring process.
-Maintain a structured recruitment pipeline, tracking applications, interviews, and hiring progress.
-Schedule and coordinate group interviews with hiring managers.
-Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated for seamless candidate management.
-Provide insights on hiring trends and identify ways to improve the recruitment process.
Ideal Qualities:
-4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
-Strong ability to source, interview, and hire top talent.
-Confidence in conducting technical and cultural fit assessments.
-Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
-Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
-A proactive, problem-solving approach to recruitment.
Work Hours: Part-time, Monday - Friday
