Media Buyer & Creative Strategist – Facebook Ads

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Media Buyer & Creative Strategist to join our team.

Position Details:
• Position: Media Buyer & Creative Strategist (Full-Time, Remote)
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Rate: PHP 70,000 per month (paid bi-weekly)
• Pay negotiable depending on skills and experience.
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT (Includes a 1-hour lunch break) - Monday to Friday.
• Start Date: ASAP
• Experience Level: 2+ years

About the Role:
We are looking for a Media Buyer & Creative Strategist who can:
• Develop creative strategies that align with high-performing ad trends.
• Launch and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads to drive conversions.
• Analyze ad performance data and continuously test new creatives for better results.
If you have a strong understanding of ad trends, creative storytelling, and paid social advertising, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Creative Strategy
• Monitor top-performing ad creatives across a large community of Australian e-commerce brands.
• Identify emerging trends in ad formats, video styles, messaging, and hooks that drive conversions.
• Work closely with the content team to conceptualize and brief ad creatives (video, static, UGC, testimonials, etc.).
• Use competitor insights and audience data to shape ad messaging and visual direction.
Meta Ads Setup & Performance Optimization
• Set up, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns from start to finish.
• Implement A/B testing to optimize creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting.
• Continuously analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and refine strategies.
• Scale winning creatives and iterate based on performance data.
Creative Testing & Conversion Optimization
• Develop multiple creative variations to test different headlines, visuals, and messaging.
• Analyze creative performance trends and provide recommendations to the design team.
• Work with the marketing team to improve landing pages, CTAs, and overall conversion paths.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in Meta Ads strategy, creative development, and campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of direct response marketing and e-commerce conversion tactics.
• Ability to identify ad trends and translate them into high-converting ad creatives.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
• Results-driven mindset, always looking to scale and improve ad performance.

Bonus Skills:
• Experience working with e-commerce or Shopify brands, especially in health, beauty, or oral care.
• Knowledge of UGC-style content, influencer collaboration, and viral marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with Google Ads or other paid media platforms.
