Senior Web Designer with Print skills

We are an innovative Australian Digital Agency with offices in Australia, the Philippines, and the UK.

We're expanding our design team and seeking a Senior Digital Designer with extensive experience in Website and Print design.

We are looking for a talented designer with fantastic UI skills and a good working knowledge of print design to join our team.

You will have excellent attention to detail and be very skilled in Figma

Responsibilities:
Create compelling digital design concepts from clients and 2 Dam Creative briefs
Develop and implement digital design systems for websites, web apps and mobile apps utilising UI best practices.
Design brands and visual identities
Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Work within and create digital style guides
Design digital & print brochures, flyers, and banners using Indesign, Illustrator, & Figma.
Undertake validation measures to test concepts before finalising detailed designs end-to-end
Work closely with the UX lead and implement UX/UI improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital projects
Participate in daily stand-ups, working remotely with our innovative team
Work daily with Click Up, our project management tool
Present UX and UI recommendations to stakeholders
You will report to our Art Director and the Design Team to help shape your creative solutions.
Ability to work with the Scoping Team to estimate own project hours and work within those hours throughout the timeline of the project

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Digital Designer in a Digital Agency setting
Must have at least 5 years of experience designing print (including print brochures, flyers, business cards, marketing collateral, etc)
Have a qualification in design obtained from a university
Extensive experience in designing websites, web applications, and mobile apps
Have experience designing and managing printed brochures, flyers
Able to translate learnings into presentations that inspire action
Extensive portfolio showcasing your excellent Figma skills and design process
Positive attitude, initiative, attention to detail, team player
Ability to work on your own and collaboratively


Benefits:
Dayshift (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PH Time)
Competitive Salary (Minimum 85,000 PHP dependent on experience and skills)
