Telesales Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Debt Settlement Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have advanced English proficiency, strong sales experience, and prior experience using CRMs. A plus if you have knowledge of credit reports, debt relief programs, and financial hardship solutions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to enroll clients in our debt settlement program.
Explain program benefits and eligibility criteria while addressing client concerns.
Use CRM software to track and manage leads efficiently.
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and empathy.
Meet and exceed performance targets and conversion goals.
Requirements:
Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
Proven sales experience in telesales, financial services, or debt relief.
CRM proficiency to manage and track client interactions.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Understanding of credit, debt relief, or financial hardship solutions is a plus.
