Growth Marketer

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketer to help us scale lead generation and conversions for our digital concierge platform. You will be responsible for running paid ads, optimizing email campaigns, and improving landing pages to drive high-quality leads.
This role requires both execution and strategic thinking—you should be comfortable setting up and managing Facebook & Google Ads, email automation, and conversion rate optimization. You’ll work closely with the founder to test, analyze, and refine marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Facebook & Google Ads to generate leads
• Set up and improve email automation & lead nurture sequences
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages to improve conversions
• Analyze marketing data and make recommendations for improvement
• Work independently while collaborating with the founder on growth strategies
Ideal Candidate:
• 3+ years experience in digital marketing (paid ads & email required)
• Proven success running profitable ad campaigns and improving conversions
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and email automation (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Data-driven & proactive—can suggest and implement improvements
• Bonus: Experience with SEO and organic growth strategies
