We are looking for a highly skilled virtual assistant with expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL), data analytics, and workflow automation to support our growing business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in CRM management, social media event coordination, and KPI tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

GoHighLevel (GHL) & CRM Management
- Develop and implement automated workflows in GoHighLevel to streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues efficiently.
- Manage and update calendars within the CRM system.
- Execute post-event follow-up workflows for key events.
- Modify event scheduling details for recurring ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings.


Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Input, track, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate weekly and monthly reports for teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and six-pillar tracking.
- Record and track BNI "Thank You for Closed Business" (TYFCB) submissions.

Event & Social Media Management:
- Create and schedule events on Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info.
- Coordinate E-Day event logistics, including feedback forms, attendance sheets, and QR-coded name tags.
- Onboard new clients into >Facebook communities and engage with them.
- Send out client engagement messages, such as birthday cards and milestone celebrations.

Marketing & Content Creation:
- Design basic graphics using Canva for social media and presentations.
- Update and enhance PowerPoint presentations for E-Day events.
- Collaborate with the Voyager marketing team to learn and implement their system.


Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) is a must.
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Experience in workflow automation and CRM troubleshooting.
- Ability to create simple yet professional graphics using Canva.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) for event management.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
